Holiday Bouquet Subscription

How does the subscription work?
You will receive four bouquets prepared for the dates you choose. You will select your first delivery date at checkout. After purchase, you will receive a short form to confirm the remaining dates and share your preferences.

Can this be sent as a gift?
Yes. After purchase, you will receive a link to complete the subscription. You can share it with the recipient, or they will receive it with their first bouquet. This allows them to confirm dates and preferences, and adjust the first delivery if needed.

What if I don’t know what date to choose at checkout?
Select a date further in the future. Complete the form to activate the subscription before that date.

Can I change a date later if something comes up?
If you’re unable to receive a bouquet, please email at least one week in advance. We will issue a credit for that delivery.

What happens if I don’t complete the form after purchase?
The subscription will remain inactive until the form is submitted. By April of the following year, any unused bouquets will be converted into store credit. This credit can be used for other purchases on our website and does not expire.

Can I include a message with each bouquet?
Yes. You can include all messages at checkout—please number them clearly.

Can the delivery address change?
Yes. You can specify a second delivery address for the remaining three bouquets in the form, as long as it is within our delivery area (central Montreal).

Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery is included in the price

What if no one is home?
Bouquets are left at the door.

Will I receive reminders? No. We recommend noting your subscription dates in your calendar.
